Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ISMS Accelerator ("the Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Course Access and License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course for personal or internal business use. This license includes:

• Lifetime access to all course materials
• All future updates and additions to the Course
• Downloadable templates and resources

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly display course materials
• Create derivative works based on the Course
• Use the Course to compete with ISMS Accelerator

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Course, request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing hi@ismsaccelerator.com.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Upon refund, your access to the Course will be revoked.

Certification Guarantee

If you complete the Course, implement our system as instructed, and fail your ISO 27001 Stage 2 audit, we will provide additional support at no charge until you achieve certification.

This guarantee requires:

• Completion of all course modules
• Documentation of implementation efforts
• Notification within 30 days of audit failure

This guarantee does not cover audit fees or certification body costs.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, templates, and written materials, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. ISMS Accelerator retains all rights, title, and interest in the Course.

Templates and resources may be customized for your organization's internal use but may not be resold or distributed outside your company.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the Course will meet all ISO 27001 requirements for your specific situation
• That you will achieve certification (though we provide extensive support)
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to course materials

You are responsible for determining whether the Course is suitable for your organization's needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISMS Accelerator shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Audit failures or certification delays

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Course for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass other users or our support team

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Updates to Course Content

We regularly update the Course to reflect changes in ISO 27001 standards, best practices, and student feedback. All updates are provided at no additional cost to existing students.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Course immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Sharing or reselling course materials

Upon termination, your license to access the Course ends immediately. Refunds are not provided for violations.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
